Most modern paint jobs are done with an application system that utilises downdraft air. While downdraft air makes for the best application process, it is not without its flaws. Downdraft air provides even airflow, and removes excess particles, ensuring a safe environment and a nearly perfect application process. Despite being a marvellous method of application, one error presents itself. When the air flows over the panel, a low-pressure area is created leading to a build up of paint solvent or water residue. This build up slows down the drying process, and risking a faulty paint job that could be prone to cracking. Junair has solved this problem.
